The Behavioral Health Workforce Retention Toolkit is a free, statewide resource developed in collaboration with behavioral health providers and organizational leaders across Illinois. Grounded in real-world practice, it offers actionable retention strategies, customizable tools, and provider spotlights to help agencies strengthen workforce stability and support staff at every level.
