Building on last year’s Transforming Behavioral Health Workforce Retention convening, Retention in Action will introduce BHWC’s Employee Retention Toolkit—a practical, actionable resource designed to support organizations in building stronger, more sustainable workforces.
The Behavioral Health Workforce Retention Toolkit is a free, statewide resource developed in collaboration with behavioral health providers and organizational leaders across Illinois. Grounded in real-world practice, it offers actionable retention strategies, customizable tools, and provider spotlights to help agencies strengthen workforce stability and support staff at every level.
